ELF Cocoon v. Philip Stein

At the core of this case is a truly unique product.  The Philip Stein Teslar watch, which has been made famous by Madonna and Oprah Winfrey.  In addition to being a beautiful timepiece, the watch also contains Teslar chips which are believed to emit waves that create a calming effect and other physiological benefits.  The chipmakers requested an injuction in the Southern District of Florida to prohibit the watchmakers at Philip Stein from further use of the Teslar chips and use of the Teslar name.  Champion provided document, graphics and video presentation equipment and services throught the Federal hearings. - July 2009
