Our Founders
Brian Cummins is a Co-Founder of Champion Legal Graphics and Video, a litigation consulting firm specializing in trial presentation and video deposition solutions. With over 25 years of legal graphics, video operations and consulting, Mr. Cummins and his group provide a variety of trial services from jury focus groups, to full-scale multimedia presentations with the latest technologies to help secure verdicts and settlements for clients.
With a family background including accomplished attorneys and designers, creating trial presentations was a perfect fit for Mr. Cummins. Prior to his tenure at Champion Legal, he attended University of Miami School of Communications during which he founded the technology division of Litigation Graphix. It was there that he built a reliable group of technical and design staff who followed him to Champion Legal. He is a part of the trial team at many commercial and personal injury trial practices nationwide. Mr. Cummins has played an integral part during several wrongful death and catastrophic injury jury trials resulting in record-setting $100+ million verdicts.
Fabio Cicogna is the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Champion Legal Graphics and Video, a litigation consulting firm specializing in trial presentation solutions. In his current role, Mr. Cicogna oversees the firm’s graphic design and video production projects. With 20 years of graphic design experience, his vast knowledge of leading-edge graphic design techniques and software provide clients with clean, high-quality professional presentation materials. A perfectionist, Mr. Cicogna works closely with law firms to ensure that every project is created in the precise manner necessary to drive case points home with jurors.
Upon graduation from Miami International University of Art & Design, Mr. Cicogna began his career at Courtroom Graphix and branched into multimedia design at Litigation Graphix with Champion Legal's Co-Founder, Brian Cummins. His unique modern design sensibility and innovative approach has set his work apart in the industry while his high standard for quality graphics at Champion Legal has contributed to record-setting $100 million verdicts.
